On-Campus Accommodation for IGA 2017

Are you still looking for accommodation for IGA 2017?

Hostal San Andrés is a small and simple hotel that is conveniently located in the residential area of UDLAP campus. This is a very safe and quiet location, and it is within walking distance from the academic buildings where the conference will take place.

Hostal San Andrés has 13 rooms available for the duration of the conference, from 17 to 21 July 2017:

2 junior suites (for up to 3 people) – 750.00 MXN

5 standard rooms with two single beds – 670.00 MXN

4 standard rooms with one double bed – 670.00 MXN

1 standard room with a king size bed – 670.00 MXN

1 standard room with a single bed (single occupancy) – 670.00 MXN

All prices are per room, per night, are inclusive of taxes, and include a continental breakfast for all occupants in the room.

Check-in: 16:00 hrs                            Check-out: 13:00 hrs

The hotel offers free WiFi in all rooms.

  1. Number of guests staying in the room.
  2. Check-in and check-out dates.
  3. Date and time of arrival.
  4. If you require an invoice.
  5. Please state that you will be attending the following on-campus event: International Gothic Association Conference, Id. IGA2017


There is no cancellation fee, but the hotel kindly asks you to notify of your cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, and we advise you not to arrive to your room late night under the influence of alcohol, as on-campus security personnel won’t let you in.
