IGA Membership:

Registration fees:

The conference fee comes in the following packages:

Early bird (1 March – 31 May)

SALARIED:

  1. Registration fee + banquet dinner + airport pick-up service: 4,640 MXN
  2. Registration fee + banquet dinner: 4,222 MXN
  3. Registration fee ONLY: 3,052 MXN

STUDENT/UNWAGED:

  1. Registration fee + banquet dinner + airport pick-up service: 3,480 MXN
  2. Registration fee + banquet dinner: 3,062 MXN
  3. Registration fee ONLY: 2,320 MXN

Late registration (1 June – 4 July)

SALARIED:

  1. Registration fee + banquet dinner + airport pick-up service: 6,380 MXN
  2. Registration fee + banquet dinner: 5,962 MXN
  3. Registration fee ONLY: 4,792 MXN

STUDENT/UNWAGED:

  1. Registration fee + banquet dinner + airport pick-up service: 5,220 MXN
  2. Registration fee + banquet dinner: 4,802 MXN
  3. Registration fee ONLY: 4,060 MXN

 

All fees will be charged in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of tax (VAT).

Online payment is with credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).

 

What does your fee include?

Registration fee:

Registration, notification of participation, conference pack, welcome toast on Tuesday 18 July, lunch on Wednesday and on Thursday, coffee breaks, transport from hotels to campus and back, Short Horror Film screening on Wednesday 19 July evening, and trip on Friday 21 July afternoon.

Banquet dinner:

Three course dinner with complimentary soft drinks, alcoholic beverages (wine and beer), welcome cocktail, introductory guided tour of the dinner venue, Gothic DJ Disco set, and transport from hotels to dinner venue and back.

Airport pick-up service:

Coach rental, logistics to pick you up at Mexico City International Airport and drop-off at hotels in Cholula on Sunday 16 or Monday 17 July ONLY.

 

Invoices:

UNDER MEXICAN LAW, INVOICES CAN ONLY BE ISSUED THE SAME MONTH AS PAYMENT IS MADE. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ISSUE INVOICES FOR PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE 26TH OF EACH MONTH.
